SuperWoman Yara dreams of a life together with her family again, living in peace, free from war, famine, loss and fear.

Her grandmother, Tatah Ataf, her kindness-a constant warmth of love for all. Before the war, Yara’s mother worked tirelessly as a school teacher, so her grandmother became the heart of their home, offering comfort and care. Right now, her grandmother is in desperate need of medications as she suffers from coronary artery disease and hypertension, she also lacks proper nutrition, as food is expense due to constant food delivery blockades.

Her youngest brother Mohammed is a symbol of resilience, facing the challenges of an autoimmune disease with courage and determination. As an 11th grader, he is trying to find his way in a world filled with fear and uncertainty. Despite the terrifying sounds of bombs and the chaos around him, his spirit remains strong. Yara, bravely holds onto the hope of a better, safer tomorrow where Mohammed can thrive without the constant threat of conflict.

Now, with everything destroyed, their future is uncertain. Yara’s family has exhausted all of their savings and made the painful decision to send her to Egypt, where she is studying at a dental school. They didn’t have enough money to send the rest of the children, but their hope is to reunite them all before they too can leave, if not together.

Thus, Yara has turned to me in helping her raise funds for her family’s basic needs and to rescue her family from fear of losing them.

Yara’s brother reached out to me via social media explaining where he was, as he was being forced to relocate to yet another ‘safe’ zone. I was introduced to his beautiful sister Yara. I have been in contact with Yara and seen how their lifes were impacted
